April 2021 update

The District has allowed the Beach House Restaurant to expand its patio area for 2021 in view of the current COVID-19 restrictions. The District will review the new expansion before deciding on next steps. 

The District also has a Temporary Outdoor Patio Program that enables businesses to accommodate more customers in a safe manner, in accordance with Provincial guidelines. One lane in Dundarave has been closed, on the north side of Marine Drive, between 24th and 25th Streets, to allow businesses to expand into outdoor space.

September 2018

On September 17, 2018, Council approved the rezoning and development variance permit for 150 25th Street.

A public hearing was held on the proposed bylaw on Monday, September 10, 2018.
