325 Keith Road

Development Application - Approved Applications

The District received an application for rezoning to enable subdivision of 325 Keith Road into two separate lots. The proposed zoning amendment would allow for retention of the existing coach house and single-family dwelling.

Council approved Zoning Bylaw No. 4662, 2010, Amendment Bylaw No. 5081, 2023 on July 24, 2023.
