April 2023 update
Following public notification of this proposal, the Director of Planning and Development Services approved this development permit on April 21, 2023.
June 2022 update
The District received an application for a Development Permit to construct a detached secondary suite (coach house) at 2272 Jefferson Avenue. The proposal is to site a two-storey coach house in the rear yard.
