November 2018

Executive Group has applied for a rezoning for 660 Clyde Avenue and 657 and 675 Marine Drive for an 8-storey building containing 89 residential units (68 condo units and 21 rental units). The proposed rezoning is consistent with the policies and design directions contained with the Council approved Marine Drive Local Area Plan.

The proposal was considered by the Design Review Committee on May 17 and June 21, 2018, the Public Art Advisory Committee on June 13, 2018, and the Accessibility Committee on Disability Issues on July 5, 2018.

A Development Proposal was submitted for 660 Clyde Avenue, 657 and 675 Marine Drive in the fall of 2016. The proposal has been on hold pending the completion of the Marine Drive Local Area Plan and Design Guidelines (approved June 2017).

A revised proposal has been received and it is under review. As information becomes available, it will be posted to this page.

September 2016

A Development Proposal has been submitted for 660 Clyde Avenue, 657 and 675 Marine Drive. The site is bounded by Clyde Avenue to the north, Marine Drive to the south, offices to the east and the mall parkade to the west.

The application is under review. As information about the proposal and the process becomes available it will be posted to this page.
