9 & 11 Glenmore Drive (Duplex Development Permit)

September 2020 update

Following public notification of this duplex proposal, the Director of Planning and Development Services approved this development permit on September 8, 2020.


The owner has applied for a development permit to construct:

  • A new 450.4m2 duplex building comprising of two principal units in a side-by-side configuration;
  • Two parking spaces (one per duplex dwelling within enclosed garages); and
  • Landscaping of the site and adjacent boulevard.

The proposal involves demolishing the existing duplex building and subdividing the property into a duplex lot (the subject of this review) and a single-family lot (to the south).
