810 & 814 Highland Drive (Subdivision)

A development permit application has been received under Guidelines NE 6 (Sites with Difficult Terrain) of the Official Community Plan in order to consolidate and subdivide the two existing properties into four new parcels.

The proposed new lots are 1639 m², 1755 m², 2,378 m² and 2207 m². No zoning variances are requested.

The application is under review with additional submission material requested. This page will be updated with revised information as it becomes available.
