7 Glenmore Drive
The District has received a formal development application for a proposed infill duplex at 7 Glenmore Drive. The proposed duplex is planned to complement the duplex currently under construction north of the subject site.
The proposal requires Council approval of a rezoning in order to comply with the minimum lot width requirements of the existing RD1 zone and approval of a development permit by the Director of Planning and Development Services (to address form and character and wildfire hazard guidelines).
In compliance with District public engagement requirements, the applicant completed a Public Information Meeting (virtual) in early April 2021.
Council considered the proposal on July 26, 2021, which includes Zoning Bylaw No. 4662, 2010, Amendment Bylaw No. 5132, 2021 and Development Permit 21-065. Council resolved to schedule a Public Hearing and concurrent Public Meeting on September 13, 2021, whereby the public may provide comments on the proposal.
