7 Glenmore Drive

The District has received a formal development application for a proposed infill duplex at 7 Glenmore Drive. The proposed duplex is planned to complement the duplex currently under construction north of the subject site.

Council initially considered the development proposal on July 26, 2021. Upon closing of the Public Hearing, Council resolved to adopt Zoning Bylaw No. 4662, 2010, Amendment Bylaw No. 5132, 2021, and approve Development Permit 21-065 on September 13, 2021.
