The owner is proposing to demolish the existing garage and construct a new building with detached secondary suite located on the second storey for their nanny. The proposed building includes:

a) a two car garage, accessory space and entrance landing for the detached secondary suite on the main floor; and
b) a 403 sq. ft. detached secondary suite on the second floor.
