2905 Marine Drive

The District has received a preliminary development application for a proposed infill development at 2905 Marine Drive. The proposal aims to rezone the site to facilitate an eight-unit townhouse development in compliance with Official Community Plan policy 2.1.4. The three-storey townhouse proposal includes underground parking accessed from 29th Street.

As part of the preliminary process, the owner conducted an Applicant Information Meeting (virtual) on January 27, 2021 from 6–7 p.m. to garner neighbourhood feedback.

This proposal has not been submitted as a formal development application. However, once formally summited, the District will process the rezoning application in compliance with the Development Procedures Bylaw that requires ongoing public consultation.
