2346 Haywood Avenue

The District has received a formal development application for a proposed infill duplex at 2346 Haywood Avenue.

As a requisite step prior to a formal development application, the applicant completed community engagement (virtual) ending on October 1, 2020, in compliance with District public engagement requirements.

The proposal will require an Official Community Plan amendment, rezoning, and development permit approval from District of West Vancouver Council. Accordingly, there will be opportunities for public input as the proposal advances.

The proposal was reviewed by the Design Review Committee (DRC) on March 11, 2021. The DRC requires resubmission of the proposal to address design concerns. Potential revisions to the project are ongoing.
