2095 Mathers Avenue

The District has received a preliminary development application for a proposed infill subdivision at 2095 Mathers Avenue. The proposal aims to rezone the site to facilitate subdivision of the lot (allowing for two new single family dwellings).  

As part of the preliminary process, the owner conducted an Applicant Information Meeting (virtual) to garner neighbourhood feedback. The opportunity for feedback ended on January 31, 2021.

This proposal has not been submitted as a formal development application. However, once formally summited, the District will process the rezoning application in compliance with the Development Procedures Bylaw that requires ongoing public consultation.
