2095 Mathers Avenue

The District has received a formal development application for a proposed infill subdivision at 2095 Mathers Avenue. The proposal requires Council approval to rezone the site in order to facilitate subdivision of the lot (allowing for two new single family dwellings).  

As part of the preliminary development proposal process, the owner conducted an Applicant Information Meeting (virtual) to garner neighbourhood feedback. The opportunity for feedback ended on January 31, 2021

The formal application is currently being reviewed by staff. As is standard practice, there will be opportunities for public input as the proposal advances.
