1507 Haywood Avenue

July 2015

On July 20, 2015 Council approved Development Variance Permit Application No. 14-065 for 1507 Haywood Avenue. The variance relaxed two Zoning Bylaw provisions to allow for the construction of a new home:

  • Reduction of the east side yard setback from 7.6 metres to 2.8 metres; and
  • Allows for parking access from Haywood Avenue where a rear lane exists.

The next step will be for the property owner to obtain a building permit before beginning construction.
