1050 Esplanade Avenue

The District has received a formal Zoning Amendment application to allow for a childcare facility at 1050 Esplanade Avenue. The proposal would allow for a licensed childcare for up to seven children that would be located in the secondary suite of the existing single-family house located on the site.
As part of the preliminary review process, the applicant accepted feedback from the public including neighbours of the site in June 2021. Another opportunity for public input will occur during consultation later in fall 2021.
