The Horseshoe Bay LAP and Design Guidelines were the outcome of four phases of engagement and planning that involved collaborating with the community to shape the future of Horseshoe Bay. On June 1, 2021, the Horseshoe Bay Local Area Plan and Design Guidelines were adopted by Council as part of the Official Community Plan (OCP).
