Residency & Rates
Plots for West Vancouver residents are sold at a lower rate than for non-residents. Residency is based on where the person for whom the lot is being purchased lives at the time of purchase. Residency of the purchaser is not a consideration.
For example, a person who lived in West Vancouver for 40 years, then sold their West Vancouver property and moved to White Rock six months ago is a non-resident.
However, if that person who moved to White Rock six months ago still owns a home in West Vancouver, they are a resident.
